Jewish Home Honors 93 Employees for Almost 1,000 Years of Service

Jewish Senior Life recently honored 93 employees for milestone work anniversaries at its annual service awards luncheon. Donald Griffin, a CNA with 40 years of service was among those honored. “The wide variety and different positions I’ve held and the many changes to our campus that have happened over the years has certainly kept things interesting”, said Griffin. Other notable honors were 30 year employees Arlene Belicove, Admissions Coordinator and Elizabeth Nally, Massage Therapist.   

“We are proud to honor these employees for their commitment and years of service,” said Emy Giacalone, Senior Vice President Human Resources/Staff & OD of Jewish Senior Life. “Their dedication to our residents and patients is evident in all that our employees do. We are proud of their milestone achievements and we are grateful every day for their service and contributions to our residents.”

Jewish Home employs over 1,000 people and was named a 2019 Top Workplace for the third year in a row by the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle. The organization aims to enhance the quality of life, health, and well being of residents and their families, giving employees a chance to make a difference in the lives of the senior community every day.
