Employee Recognition

An important part of the culture at Jewish Home is recognizing exceptional employees for the quality work they provide to our residents and families. We do this through various annual award programs where employees are recognized by their peers or by residents and families.

We also have a company-wide recognition program for employees to recognize the work and efforts of their coworkers. Employees earn points for giving and receiving recognition and those points can be redeemed for gift cards.

For questions about our employee recognition programs at Jewish Home, contact Human Resources at (585) 784-6391.
