Located near our campus at 2980 South Clinton Avenue, Marian’s House offers a daytime retreat with specialized programming for those with memory impairment. Under the guidance of a program manager, guests enjoy meals, activities and companionship in a warm, residential setting.
Atkin Center for Adult Day Health Care is a medical model day program that serves adults with physical, psychosocial and medical needs. Encouraged by staff to increase their self-esteem, social interactions and independence, Adult Day Health Care members are better able to remain with their caregivers in the community.
Open to the community, our Atkin Center for Outpatient Rehabilitation offers multi-disciplinary rehabilitation includes physical, occupational, speech, language therapies that help clients regain independence and improve abilities with daily activities. We offer one-on-one sessions and provide a spectrum of therapy treatments for a range of health issues, including gait imbalances, vertigo, fractures, and neurological disorders.

The Jewish Home Farash Tower (Jewish Home of Rochester) offers short term rehabilitation and long term care, including our special neurobehavioral and memory care units. Our Physician House Calls team, administrative and medical offices are also located in the Jewish Home Farash Tower.
