Celebrating Centenarians at Jewish Home

Brighton-Pittsford Post – On Nov. 18 at the Summit at Brighton, Jewish Home invited residents who are 100 years of age or older and live in their independent and assisted living communities to do just that — enjoy a lunch together to celebrate their birthdays and exchange stories about how they got to where they are today.

Parkinson’s Therapy Teaches Patients to be ‘Big & Loud’

TWC News – Linda Unger’s early onset Parkinson’s disease was diminishing her ability to walk and talk. That’s when she starting coming to the Jewish Home’s Atkin Center for Outpatient Rehabilitation, where therapists use LSVT Big and Loud treatments to improve communication and movement in Parkinson’s patients.
